A finance professional with more than 30 years of experience in finance, global tax, cross-border investments advisory and structuring for Fortune 500 companies.

Ananth started his career as an investment advisor with J.M. Financial – a renowned investment and brokering company – and moved on to offering tax strategy and investment consulting for 10 years in two of the 'big four' firms, PwC and EY.

Subramaniam is an alumnus of Delhi University from where he completed his Bachelors in Commerce (Hons). Subsequently, he completed his Masters in Management (PGDBM) and MA in Economics. Pursuing his academic interests in law and management, he completed the Bachelor of Law (LLB) in 2012 and an Advanced Program in Strategic Management in 2013 from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Subramaniam joined Ivy in 2002 and moved to Gibraltar (then the location of the group's head office) in 2004, where he was managing and then heading the accounting and financial operations functions of the group. He became Head of Finance (Shared Services) in 2008 when he moved back from Gibraltar to set up the Finance Shared Services team in Ivy.

Prior to Ivy, Subramaniam was Manager (Accounts) at IMI Software Ltd and, before that, began his career as an Equity & Currency Analyst in New Delhi.

Ivy was a start-up when he joined in 2002; even today it retains the soul of a start-up which has, over the years, made Ivy a center of excellence for the group.

Anthil Anbazhagan

Anthil is a technology leader with more than 20 years of industry experience and has played several roles in the areas of software design, planning and execution at large scale. With a Masters degree from NYU with specialisation in Digital Signal Processing, he has extensive exposure in the domains of Retail, Finance, Automotive & Telecommunication.

Since joining Ivy in 2015, Anthil has played multiple roles in release management and establishing the native, sports and trading units in Hyderabad. In his current role as Group CTO, Anthil spearheads all software development activity across the board and owns the technology roadmap leading us to the future. He says Ivy gives him a canvas where he isn't constrained by narrow boundaries, giving him opportunities to explore, perform and excel.

His career goal is to continue forging ahead, leaving behind a tangible trail of accomplishments. When Anthil is not at work getting technology to innovate and impress, he loves cooking for his family and taking long drives.

Sri Ranjan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and has more than 11 years of product management experience in the domains of acquisition technologies and digital CRM tools.

Prior to joining Ivy, he worked for a startup as a Flash designer / online marketer. He joined the online gaming industry to try something new and unconventional. He started in the customer services team in 2003 and gradually grew through the ranks in the organisation to become the Head of Products - Marketing Technology.

He loves the digital marketing domain and is excited to be a part of the online gaming industry. In his own words, “Ivy doubled down on me!”

After working in the international financial markets and telecom sectors for four years, Ganesh started as a Customer Service Associate at Ivy in 2003. He has grown through the ranks and moved into product management and is now Head of Product for Payments, Compliance and Risk for the group.

His career goal is to continue solving problems in any area of the organisation for the best interest of the customers and business.

Vedavyas is a highly qualified Technology Leader with nearly 20 years of exceptional Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence experience.

As a Head of Business Intelligence Engineering and Delivery in IVY, He continues to Sphere Head Technology and Architectural Solutions in Data Engineering & Business Analytics on various platforms.

His career goal as a BI Practice Owner, is to continue to provide best in breed Business Intelligence solutions for the organization and to bring on to the table, high perming products that enables Data Driven Decision and Strategies for the Organization growth

Suryakant's previous roles include being team lead at Globarena Technologies Private Limited. Since 2003, he has been part of Ivy, first as a developer and now as an Engineering Manager of Casino Platform, Game Factory, Label Support and DevOps.

He enjoys challenges and looks to focus on strategy and development alongside continuous learning and self improvement. His main goal is to work towards making GVC the world’s most customer-centric gaming company, where the customer will be engaged with different features, great customer service and the best user experience.

Pallavi leads Casino Gaming Operations from India and is a passionate advocate for advancing women in technology. She promotes an agile culture in her team, with the aim of delivering speed and innovation.

Her team is responsible for setting up the lobby for all Entain brands and, on average, the team rolls out five games live per day. She enjoys working with different teams, setting them up for success, and has a penchant for mentoring freshers and interns to help them in realising their goals.

Over the last five years, she has undertaken several roles, namely Creative Lead and Scrum Master, and managed the Game Factory. She played an integral role in the creation of some legacy games, such as Melon Madness, Jail Break, Predator and Matador.

Prior to her association with Ivy, Pallavi worked as a background artist for Colorchips New Media Ltd – a Warner Bros. project. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a diploma in Animation.

He joined Ivy in 2017 looking for a change and says it has been an amazing journey with a lot of insight, learning and exposure in the world of online gaming and technology.

Now, his career goal is to attain a responsible position where he can use his training and skills, and keep learning while making a significant contribution to the success of the company.
